- Custom-ordered or specially configured equipment
- Opened software products or activated licenses

- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items (clearly marked)
- Professional services, installation fees, or consultation charges
- Downloaded software or digital products
- Products purchased through third-party marketplaces
2. Return Conditions

- Original Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included

- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

4.4 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% applies to most returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. Restocking fees are waived for:
